Transferring to Havoc

If you’re currently selling on another platform and would like to transfer to Havoc we’ve made it very easy to do so with our customer import tool.

Importing your customers

Before you import your customers you must export them to a file, the format of this file varies depending on where the customers are coming from. Talk to Havoc admins for specifications.

Once you have your customer list, click the Import button on your Havoc seller dashboard and a modal will appear that will allow you to import your customers to the platform.

Once imported, your customers will be processed and automatically gifted if they have an account registered with a matching email, if not they will be emailed a gift code to redeem their purchase with. You can also manually generate gift codes for your customers if you’d rather distribute them yourself. Check the Gifting tab on the dashboard for more info on that.
